Shireland Collegiate Academy Trust hosted its secondary teacher recruitment event on Wednesday 11th January, featuring Shireland Collegiate Academy, Thorns Collegiate Academy, West Bromwich Collegiate Academy, Shireland Biomedical UTC and Shireland CBSO Academy.
The event was a resounding success, drawing a large turnout of talented and passionate individuals, eager to make a positive impact in education.
Attendees were welcomed by Sir Mark Grundy, CEO of the Trust, who delivered an inspiring talk focusing on the Trust’s journey and the importance of continuing to find outstanding staff for our young people going forward.
“We are thrilled to see such a strong turnout. The dedication of our staff is essential in providing the best education for our students and finding the best teachers to help our young people succeed drives us forward,” said Sir Mark.
“This event was a testament to recruiting the best staff for our schools and look forward to our primary recruitment event on the 2nd February.”

The Trust will also be hosting a primary teacher recruitment event at Shireland Technology Primary on Thursday 2nd February, 4:30-7:00pm.
This event will be an opportunity for individuals interested in working in primary education to learn more about the Trust and its schools, meet with Principals and ask questions. We invite you to join us and be a part of shaping the future of education with the Trust.
