Shireland Collegiate Academy Trust is delighted to announce that Alan Fletcher, Trust Estates Manager, has been honoured with the prestigious Emerging Talent Award at the Education Estates People’s Awards. The award ceremony, hosted by stand-up comedian and Britain’s Got Talent finalist Daliso Chaponda, took place in Manchester on 16 October 2024.
The Emerging Talent Award recognises individuals who have demonstrated exceptional skills, commitment, and vision for the future. Alan Fletcher stood out for his impressive dedication to enhancing the Trust’s efficiency, sustainability, and community engagement.

Alan has been with Shireland Collegiate Academy Trust for just 18 months and already made a significant impact across the 12 academies within the Black Country that he manages. His contributions have improved both operational and environmental aspects of the Trust’s estates.
