Shireland Training – A Microsoft Global Training Partner
What distinguishes us as a Microsoft Global Training Partner (GTP) is our commitment to real-world implementation. Every aspect of our training is anchored in authentic classroom practice. Our programmes are delivered and supported by practising teachers who use these tools daily, allowing us to share genuine examples of how Microsoft 365 is being embedded, adapted and scaled across our schools.
We explore both the benefits and challenges of digital integration, offering practical, workable strategies that educators can apply immediately in their own settings.
As a GTP, we follow the delivery model proposed for Shireland Training.
Our approach is underpinned by the shift from technology-driven approaches to PedTech – a focus on pedagogy first, with technology used purposefully to enhance learning.
Research also shows a growing demand for hands-on support that helps teachers successfully implement digital approaches at both classroom and student level.
Finally, when considering future learning landscapes, the need for a new, future-focused vision for education is clear – one in which schools are fully equipped to prepare every student for the opportunities and demands ahead.
