He specialises in business strategy, digital transformation, business analysis, technology-enabled change, and programme governance. Throughout his career, he has supported complex transformation programmes, working with senior stakeholders to improve organisational processes, strengthen operational effectiveness and deliver strategic business outcomes.

Currently working as a Lead Business Analyst and Digital Transformation Consultant, Jithesh supports large-scale public sector transformation initiatives, providing strategic business analysis, governance and assurance across business processes, technology, data, and organisational change.

Jithesh holds an engineering degree and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Durham University Business School. His professional experience brings together strategic thinking, analytical expertise, and a strong understanding of how technology and effective governance can support organisational improvement.

As a Trustee and Chair of Shireland Technology Primary’s Standards and Performance Committee, Jithesh is committed to supporting the Trust’s strategic direction, maintaining high standards of educational performance, and ensuring effective governance and accountability. He has a particular interest in the role of digital technology, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement in enhancing educational outcomes and creating opportunities for young people.
