Prospective sixth form students and their families are being invited to explore Shireland Collegiate Academy and its post-16 provision at its upcoming Sixth Form Open Evening on Thursday 20 October 2026, from 4.00pm to 7.00pm.
Visitors will be able to tour the Academy, meet teaching staff and current students, and find out more about the wide range of A level, vocational and Level 2 pathways available for September 2027 entry.
Shireland Collegiate Academy Sixth Form combines academic study with a strong focus on personal development. Students benefit from expert teaching, dedicated academic coaching and tailored pastoral support, with guidance throughout their studies to help them make the most of their time at sixth form.
Beyond the classroom, students can take part in work experience, university visits, employer talks and enrichment activities, as well as opportunities to gain additional qualifications. These experiences give students the chance to explore different pathways, develop their interests and gain a better understanding of the options available to them in the future.
